GhostParticle Return & Refund Policy

At GhostParticle, we prioritize quality and performance. Every PC undergoes rigorous testing through our specialized process to ensure it arrives in perfect working condition. However, if you encounter any issues, our return and refund policy is outlined below.

Cancellation Policy

1.1 Orders can be canceled before processing begins. Once processing has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

Return Eligibility

2.1 Returns are only accepted if the product is not working or has sustained damage upon arrival. Cosmetic issues or user-induced damage are not covered.

2.2 Before initiating a return, we will attempt to resolve any issues remotely. Sometimes, components such as RAM or other connections may become loose during shipping. Our team will guide you through the process of reseating these components.

2.3 If the issue cannot be resolved through remote troubleshooting, we will approve a return and arrange for pickup via our courier partner.

2.4 A clear unboxing video is required for return eligibility. This video serves as proof of the product’s condition upon arrival and helps us verify the legitimacy of the claim. Without an unboxing video, we will be unable to process your return request.

Return Process & Packaging

3.1 If a return is approved, the product must be securely packed in the same manner as it arrived.

3.2 If improper packing leads to further damage in transit, the customer will be responsible for the damages.

3.3 Ensure that all accessories, invoices, and packaging materials are included with the returned item.

Replacement & Refund Policy

4.1 Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will either:

  • Repair and return the unit if possible.

  • Replace the faulty product with an equivalent unit if the issue is irreparable.

  • Provide a full refund if the product is deemed totaled and cannot be repaired or replaced.

4.2 If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds

5.1 If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account or credit card statement first. If the refund is still not reflected, contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

5.2 If the issue persists, please contact our support team for further assistance.
