Processing & Testing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days from the date of purchase. This processing time allows us to customize your computer according to your specifications and conduct rigorous quality checks to ensure everything meets our high standards.
Before shipping, every PC undergoes a thorough testing process to verify its performance and stability. In the event that any defects or issues are identified during testing, additional time may be required to rectify them. This may cause a delay, and we will keep you informed in such cases.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:
We offer various shipping options to accommodate your needs, including standard and expedited shipping. Shipping time is calculated after the order has been processed and tested.
Orders within Kerala: Orders within Kerala are typically delivered within 2 days.
Orders outside Kerala & Remote Locations: Deliveries outside Kerala and to certain remote areas within Kerala may take longer, as we use different courier providers based on availability. The estimated delivery time ranges from a minimum of 10 days to a maximum of 20 days, with an average of 14 days.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method, destination address, and the weight and dimensions of the package. You will be able to view the shipping costs before finalizing your order.
Ultra-Premium Build Delivery & Setup:
For ultra-premium builds, customers can request the GhostParticle (GP) team to personally deliver and set up the PC at their location. This means our team will travel to your location, ensure the system is properly set up, and assist with initial configuration. This service is only available for premium builds and will incur additional charges.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery online or through our website.
Shipping Restrictions:
Currently, we only offer shipping within India.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or restricted areas. If your address falls under such locations, please contact us before placing an order.
Unboxing Video Requirement for Damage Claims:
To claim any damage-related issue caused during shipping, a clear unboxing video is required as proof of the product’s condition upon arrival. This will help us verify the legitimacy of the claim and ensure a smooth resolution.

Failed Delivery Attempts & Return to Sender:
If the carrier makes multiple delivery attempts and is unable to deliver the package, it may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.
Handling High-Demand & Seasonal Delays:
During peak seasons, such as major sales events or holidays, processing and shipping times may be extended due to high demand. We appreciate your patience during such periods.
Shipping Damage:
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary. An unboxing video is required for damage claims.
